Having payment difficulties? Call us on 13 88 60.
We bill monthly for electricity and every two months for gas, to make life easier for you.
If you are eligible, we can set you up on Victorian Government electricity concessions, or help you set up regular payments directly from your Centrepay account. Visit concessions and rebates for more information. If you are still finding things tough, please call us to discuss alternative payment arrangements. We offer payment plans that allow you to pay by smaller, more frequent instalments, which will help with managing the household budget. If you just don’t have the means to pay, please call us and ask about our assistance plan, Bill Assist.
Utility relief grant scheme
Customers who are unable to pay their utility bills due to a temporary financial crisis can apply for the Utility Relief Grant Scheme. Assistance may be provided to low-income households suffering a short-term financial crisis (i.e. within the last 12 months) who are unable to pay for a current utility account and who are at risk of disconnection. Please call us if you would like to apply for a Utility Relief Grant. Or contact the Victorian Government Concessions Information Line on 1800 658 521. For more information about concessions visit the Victorian Government website or contact the Concessions Information Line on 1800 658 521 (toll-free).
